To be eligible for telemedicine services provided by Strength Healthcare Group Ltd, patients must meet the following criteria:
1. Patients must be located in a country where Strength Healthcare Group Ltd is licensed to provide telemedicine services.
2. Patients must have access to a reliable internet connection and a device with audio and video capabilities.
3. Patients must have an established relationship with a healthcare provider at Strength Healthcare Group Ltd or be referred by another healthcare provider.
4. Patients must consent to receiving telemedicine services and agree to the terms outlined in this patient policy.

Appointment Scheduling

Booking a telemedicine appointment with Strength Healthcare Group Ltd is easy and convenient. Patients can schedule their appointments online through our website, selecting a time and date that works best for them.
Before the appointment, patients will be required to provide their personal information, including their name, date of birth, contact information, and medical history. Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances arise, and patients may need to cancel their telemedicine appointment. To ensure that we can provide the best care possible to all of our patients, we ask that patients provide at least 24 hours’ notice if At Strength Healthcare Group Ltd, we strive to provide our patients with exceptional telemedicine services. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and appointments may need to be cancelled or rescheduled. To ensure that our patients receive the best possible care and experience, we have developed a comprehensive policy for appointment cancellations.
Our Appointment Cancellation Policy requires patients to provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule their telemedicine appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient who may be in need of urgent care.
In the event of a Late Cancellation, where a patient cancels their appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a fee of £50 will be charged for each missed appointment. Similarly, if a patient fails to show up for their scheduled telemedicine appointment without prior notice, they will be charged a No-Show fee of £50.
However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and patients who miss their telemedicine appointment due to such circumstances can reschedule their appointment within 24 hours of the missed appointment without incurring any additional fees.
Please note that no refunds will be issued for missed telemedicine appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time. Additionally, patients who arrive late for their scheduled telemedicine appointment may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled at the discretion of the healthcare provider.
